When will it be available?

Quiltster will be pre-launched to customers in October 2016.

Beta Testing

Until launch, we are looking for savvy sewists to help us test the program! Every week we randomly select people from our newsletter subscriber list to participate in beta testing. Make sure you’re signed up on our home page for a chance to be chosen!

This is an important part of development that enables us to get feedback from real users about what works, what doesn’t, and what they really want! We truly appreciate our enthusiastic customer-base and are striving to bring useful solutions that stand-up to your quilting wish list!

How much does it cost?

Monthly subscriptions are $9.99 per month. Annual subscriptions are available at $99.00 per year, which gives you 2 months free!

All subscriptions are non-refundable.

How much does it cost if I am a Shop or Instructor?

If you are a Quiltworx Certified Shop or Instructor, or a Quilt Shop in general, a business account level for access to exclusive content is coming soon as an add on to monthly subscription. Exclusive content includes pre-release patterns and fabric collections to help in planning workshops and kits. More information will be posted about these perks as they become available.

How do I update my subscription?

To update your subscription, visit the Account Menu in the top right corner of the app and click "My Account".

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, visit the Account Menu in the top right corner of the app, click "My Account" and click the "Cancel Subscription" button.

If I cancel, will my projects be saved?

Projects from canceled Premium subscribers will be saved for 12 months before they are deleted. If you renew your subscription at any time within the first 12 months of your cancelled Premium subscription, your projects will be reinstated into your account.


How does billing work?

All subscriptions are auto-renew. You will receive an email reminder in advance of your renewal date for annual subscriptions, at which time billing will automatically process as scheduled. Monthly subscriptions will automatically renew each month.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via all major credit cards.

How do I check my billing history?

To see your billing history, visit the Account menu in the top right corner of the app, click "My Account" and see the "Billing History" section for details.


Do I have to have internet access to use it?

Yes. Quiltster is a web based application which means you must have an internet service point to use the program.

Which device do I use to access Quiltster?

Quiltster is compatible with smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers. You may access it by visiting on the browser on any of these devices. Keep in mind that Quiltster is powered by advanced technology to provide this service to you. Because of the technology requirements, some older devices may not work perfectly. It is not yet available to purchase via an App Store.

Can I open my account on more than one device at a time?

Each Quiltster account can only be opened on one device at a time.


How many projects can I save?

Premium account members enjoy the luxury of saving as many projects as they can create!

Will Quiltster offer patterns from multiple designers?

We have teamed up with in order to quickly and smoothly provide you access to Judy Niemeyer’s beautiful patterns. However, we are committed and eager to partnering with new designers to continue to bring you new and exciting content!

What is a Studio?

As new designers are added, each designer's content package will be available as an upgrade to your basic account. These content packages are called Studios. As additional Studios become available, you will be notified both in the Quiltster application and via e-mail with instructions on how to easily upgrade your account.

Updates, adjustments and new features

We will continually add content to Quiltster, including Quiltworx product releases. New products will be announced in our newsletter.

Where do I go if I have a question?

Please send comments, recommendations, or operational issues to us via the Contact Us page. Our customer service team will be in touch with you within 3 business days.

What if I discover a bug or technical issue?

You can use the "report issue" button in the main menu inside the app, which is located in the top left corner of the screen. This allows you to communicate exactly how the issue came about and goes directly to our technical team to be addressed quickly.

As a new application that continually evolves with updated content, we anticipate that even with beta testing, occasional operational issues will occur. We have an entire team of developers committed to staying on top of your Quiltster needs and open to functionality that may improve the experience for all users
